2019-01279

In the Matter of Evgeny Dariev, etc., appellant,

v Leonid Bozuglov, respondent.

(Docket No. O-26486-17)

Appeals by Evgeny Dariev from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2018, under Family Court Docket No. O-29065-16, and three purported orders of the same court all dated December 19, 2018, under Family Court Docket Nos. V-2552-17/17A, O-27698-18, and O-26486-17, respectively. By order to show cause dated February 14, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause why the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-01276, 2019-01278 and 2019-01279, should or should not be dismissed on the ground that no orders of the Family Court, Kings County, dated December 19, 2018, were issued in the proceedings under Family Court Docket Nos. V-2552-17/17A, O-27698-18, and O-26486-17.

Now, upon the order to show cause and no papers having been filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals under Appellate Division Docket Nos. 2019-01276, 2019-01278 and 2019-01279 is granted, and those appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements.

DILLON, J.P., BALKIN, AUSTIN and BARROS, JJ., concur.
