Motion by the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered June 27, 2017, to extend a stay of execution of said judgment, which was granted by the County Court, Suffolk County, on July 7, 2017, pending determination of the appeal to this Court, and for poor person relief.
