Executive Law § 298, by order of the Supreme Court, New York County entered on or about June 8, 2018, to review a determination of respondents, And petitioner having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the proceeding, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion, deemed one to vacate the dismissal of the proceeding pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c), is granted to the extent of reinstating the proceeding and enlarging the time to perfect same to the September 2019 Term.
