Motion by respondent for leave to reargue an appeal from an order of the City Court of Yonkers, Westchester County, entered September 21, 2017, which was determined by decision and order of this court dated December 13, 2018, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Appellate Division from the decision and order of this court.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
We note that, contrary to respondent's claim on this motion, appellant's contention regarding the rent registrations was raised in a supplemental affidavit filed in the City Court on August 4, 2017, and that respondent had an opportunity to, and did, submit opposition to that supplemental affidavit.
