Motion by the appellant to extend the time to perfect appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated April 4, 2018, and four money judgments of the same court all entered April 10, 2018, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeals is extended until May 24, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extensions of time shall be granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]).
