| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant on an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated July 9, 2018, for the Court to take judicial notice of a certain order which was issued in an unrelated proceeding and the transcript of certain proceedings, and to extend the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to serve and file a brief is granted and the appellant's time to serve and file a brief on the appeal is extended until April 11, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
