DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondents for leave to reargue a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 to review a determination of a designee of the Commissioner of the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance dated March 16, 2016, which was determined by decision and judgment of this Court dated November 21, 2018.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied, with $100 costs.
