Motion by Nechama Sokolow, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated November 2, 2018, which determined appeals and cross appeals from a judgment of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered August 12, 2016, and a decision of the same court dated August 8, 2016.
