Appeal by Lisa Whitnum from the "[d]ismissal of this case" by the Supreme Court, Westchester County.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, on the ground that the notice of appeal dated February 26, 2019, does not designate "the judgment or order or specific part of the judgment or order appealed from" (see CPLR 5515[a]), and the court reporter minute agreement form annexed to the notice of appeal is neither appealable as of right nor by permission (see CPLR 2219, 5701).
