Motion by the appellant-respondent to extend the time to serve and file a reply brief on an appeal from an order of the Surrogate's Court, Kings County, dated May 22, 2012, and an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the same court dated September 10, 2012. Stipulation by the parties dated March 7, 2019, to withdraw the appeals and cross appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, and upon the stipulation dated March 7, 2019, it is
ORDERED that the appeals and cross appeal are deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements; and it is further,
