ECISION & ORDER ON APPLICATION

Appeal by Georgetown Leasing, LLC, from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 17, 2015, which was determined by opinion and order of this Court dated January 31, 2018. Application by the appellant to substitute Fredline Jourdain, as administrator of the estate of Marie Jourdain, for the deceased petitioner-respondent Marie Jourdain, and to amend the caption accordingly, to enable the appellant to proceed with its motion for reargument of the appeal, or in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the application is granted, Fredline Jourdain, as administrator of the estate of Marie Jourdain, is substituted for the deceased petitioner-respondent Marie Jourdain, and the caption is amended accordingly.
