Motion by Ildiko Nyari, inter alia, for leave to reargue a prior motion for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Appellate Term, Second, Eleventh, and Thirteenth Judicial Districts, dated January 4, 2018, which granted the plaintiffs' motion to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 7, 2017, as untimely taken. The prior motion by Ildiko Nyari was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 26, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
