| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated October 12, 2016 (People v Belton, 143 AD3d 835), affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered September 23, 2014. The prior application was determined by decision and order of this Court dated September 26, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
