DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeals from two judgments of the County Court, Nassau County, both rendered May 15, 2012. By order to show cause dated January 14, 2019, the parties were directed to show cause before this Court why an order should or should not be made and entered dismissing the appeals on the ground that the appeals have been rendered academic as the judgments appealed from were vacated on October 14, 2016.

Now, upon the order to show cause and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to dismiss the appeals is granted, and the appeals are dismissed.
