Motion by appellant to vacate the dismissal on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Town of Wappinger, Dutchess County, rendered July 19, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to vacate dismissal is granted and the court's December 10, 2018 order is hereby vacated; and it is further
ORDERED on the court's own motion, that appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to May 10, 2019.
