Motion by the respondent to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated November 16, 2018, on the ground that no appeal lies from an order denying leave to reargue.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal from so much of the order dated November 16, 2018, as denied leave to reargue is dismissed, and the motion is otherwise denied.
