Motion by Yelena Sharova to dismiss an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 21, 2018, as untimely taken, to impose a sanction upon Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, and their counsel, and, in effect, to withdraw her appeal from an order of the same court dated January 3, 2019, in the event that the appeal from the judgment is dismissed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
