Motion by the respondent Gary Sher for leave to reargue an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated October 23, 2015, which was determined by decision and order of this Court dated December 12, 2018. Separate motion by the respondent Winthrop University Hospital for the same relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied, with one bill of $100 costs.
