Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered September 4, 2014. By decision and order of this Court dated July 25, 2018, the matter was remitted to the Supreme Court, Queens County, for further proceedings on the defendant's application to withdraw his plea of guilty, and thereafter a report to this Court, and the appeal was held in abeyance in the interim. The defendant has now submitted a stipulation to withdraw the appeal.
Upon the stipulation of the parties dated March 20, 2019, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is deemed withdrawn.
