ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 20, 2017, in the above-entitled case, on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated February 24, 2017, is amended by deleting from the preamble thereof the date "May 1, 2017" and substituting therefor the date "February 24, 2017."
