Appellants having moved to vacate the dismissal of the appeal taken herein from an order of the Monroe County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of said court on August 21, 2018, and the parties having stipulated to an extension of time for respondent's brief,
Now, upon reading and filing the stipulation and the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, on the condition that appellant perfects the appeal on or before May 24, 2019, and
