Motion by the respondents 1504 Realty, LLC, Arthur Strimling, Lisa Segal, Timothy Pietrzak, Catherine Shannon, Boris Gilzon, Martin Zoltowski, and Memorial Baptist Church of Brooklyn, to extend their time to serve and file a brief on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated February 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movants' time to serve and file a brief is extended until April 5, 2019, and the movants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
