Motion by the respondents N. Richard Wool, Alissa Joy Wool, Law Offices of N. Richard Wool, and Wool Law Group, PLLC, to extend the time to serve and file a brief on an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 21, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, the movants' time to serve and file a brief is extended until May 1, 2019, and the movants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is extended until May 16, 2019, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
