DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the respondent-appellant for a preference in the calendaring of an appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated January 24, 2019, and for an expedited briefing schedule.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
