Levy, Esq., court attorney for the subject child, having moved on said child's behalf, for leave to respond, as a poor person, to the aforesaid appeals, and for assignment of counsel, a free copy of the transcript, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the certifications of Carole M.
