Appeal by Angelo Ruotolo from a decision of the Justice Court of the Town of Cornwall, Orange County, dated November 6, 2017.
On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is transferred to the Appellate Term of the Supreme Court, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts, for determination (see 22 NYCRR 730.1[d]); and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with the appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Term, Ninth and Tenth Judicial Districts.
