On the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated March 27, 2018, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by Yelena Sharova to dismiss an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Kings County, January 3, 2019, as untimely taken, to impose a sanction upon Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Nationstar Mortgage, LLC d/b/a Mr. Cooper, and their counsel, and, in effect, to withdraw her appeal from an order of the same court dated June 21, 2018, in the event that the appeal from the order and judgment is dismissed.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
