Motion by the appellant pro se for poor person relief and the assignment of counsel in connection with his application for a writ of error coram nobis to vacate, on the ground of ineffective assistance of appellate counsel, a decision and order of this Court dated July 8, 2015, affirming a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered December 16, 2011.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition and in relation thereto, it is
