December 24, 2013, and to continue the stay extended by order of this Court on September 13, 2018 (M-3879), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the September 2019 Term.
