Motion by the appellants, inter alia, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(c) to vacate the dismissal of an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 15, 2017, which was deemed dismissed pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), to stay an inquest on the issue of damages in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from the order dated November 15, 2017, and an order of the same court dated November 26, 2018, and to consolidate the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
