Application by Christina Maria Aimee Bennett, as administrator of the estate of Mary Wendell Bennett, in effect, to be substituted for the deceased respondent Mary Wendell Bennett, on appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered July 12, 2018, and to amend the caption accordingly.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, Christina Maria Aimee Bennett, as administrator of the estate of Mary Wendell Bennett, is substituted for the deceased respondent Mary Wendell Bennett, and the caption is amended accordingly.
