Motion by the appellant to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled actions, pending hearing and determination of appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 18, 2016, and December 21, 2018, respectively, and to consolidate the appeals. Separate motion by the respondent to dismiss the appeal from the order dated April 18, 2016, on the ground that it has been rendered academic.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motions are denied.
