| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant to stay enforcement of an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County, dated January 29, 2019, pending hearing and determination of an appeal therefrom. Separate motion by the appellant to consolidate the appeal from the order dated January 29, 2019, with an appeal from an order of the same court dated April 5, 2018, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 5, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion to stay enforcement of the order dated January 29, 2019, is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to consolidate the appeals is denied as unnecessary as the appeals may be consolidated as of right (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][3]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated April 5, 2018, is granted, and the time to perfect that appeal is extended until May 2, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
