Appellant having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Steuben County Surrogate's Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of
said court on September 19, 2018 (appeal No. 1), and October 24, 2018 (appeal No. 2),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 1, and appellant shall perfect appeal No. 1 on or before June 4, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the application is dismissed insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 2 as premature (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [a]).
