Appellants having applied for an extension of time to perfect the appeals taken herein from orders of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Oneida on August 7, 2018 (appeal No. 1), October 12, 2018 (appeal No. 2), and December 26, 2018 (appeal No. 3),
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the application, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the application is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal Nos. 1 and 2, and appellant shall perfect the appeals on or before May 13, 2019, and, in the event of failure to so perfect, the appeals are hereby dismissed without further order, and
It is further ORDERED that the application is dismissed as premature insofar as it seeks an extension of time to perfect appeal No. 3 (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9 [a]).
