Motion by the appellant on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated July 26, 2018, December 20, 2018, and January 17, 2019, respectively, inter alia, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated February 8, 2019, as conditioned a stay upon perfection of the appeals on or before March 11, 2019.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
