Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 31, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 11, 2018, for failure to timely perfect, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
