Motion by appellants for a stay pending the determination of an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Queens County, entered August 10, 2018. Separate motion by appellants for a temporary stay pending the determination of the aforesaid motion.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellants' motions are consolidated for the purposes of disposition; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion for a stay pending the determination of the appeal is denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that appellants' motion for a temporary stay is denied as moot.
