Motion by respondent on an appeal from a final judgment of the Justice Court of the Town of Clarkstown, Rockland County, entered August 2, 2018, to vacate a stay granted by decision and order on motion of this court dated January 29, 2019.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent of vacating so much of the stay as stayed enforcement of so much of the final judgment as is against appellant Clarksville Inn Restaurant, LLC, and the motion is otherwise denied.
