Motion by appellant pro se on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Criminal Court of the City of New York, Queens County, rendered November 9, 2017, for leave to reargue his prior motion for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this court dated February 5, 2019, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this court.
