| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondent, inter alia, to amend a decision and order of this Court dated May 16, 2018 (161 AD3d 977), which determined an appeal from an amended judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated July 14, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the decision and order of this Court dated May 16, 2018, is amended by deleting from the third paragraph thereof the date "September 24, 1998," and substituting therefor the date "September 24, 1988," and the motion is otherwise denied.
