| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2018, as dismissed appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered January 29, 2018, and a judgment of the same court entered February 9, 2018, for failure to timely perfect, and to extend the time to perfect the appeals.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, so much of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 17, 2018, as dismissed the appeals is recalled and vacated, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until May 8, 2019; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time shall be granted.
