DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant on appeals from seven judgments of the County Court, Rockland County, all rendered October 11, 2016, upon pleas of guilty, to consolidate the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 15-00406 with the other appeals, in effect, to deem the brief filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 15-00406 also to be filed in connection with the other appeals, and for poor person and the assignment of counsel with respect to the other appeals. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 3, 2017, pursuant to County Law § 722 the appellant was granted poor person relief with respect to the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 15-00406 and the following named attorney was assigned as counsel to prosecute that appeal:

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeals are consolidated, the brief filed in connection with the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 15-00406 is also deemed to be filed in connection with the other appeals, pursuant to County Law § 722 the appellant is granted poor person relief and assignment of counsel with respect to the appeals from the judgment under Indictment Nos. 15-00445, 15-00447, 15-00449, 15-00450, 15-00451, and 15-00455, and the attorney assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeal from the judgment rendered under Indictment No. 15-00406 also is assigned as counsel to prosecute the appeals from the judgment rendered under Indictment Nos. 15-00445, 15-00447, 15-00449, 15-00450, 15-00451, and 15-00455; and it is further,

ORDERED that assigned counsel is directed to serve a copy of this decision and order on motion upon the clerk of the court from which the appeals are taken.
