| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se, inter alia, for leave to serve and file a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered June 16, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to serve and file a pro se supplemental brief is granted, and the pro se supplemental brief submitted to the Clerk of the Court is accepted for filing and deemed timely served; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the respondent's time to serve and file a brief in response to the pro se supplemental brief is extended until June 7, 2019, and the brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
