November 1, 2018, denying defendant-appellant's pro se motion to relieve assigned counsel and substitute new counsel (M-4378), And defendant having, pro se, renewed his motion to relieve assigned counsel and substitute new counsel therefor, and for related relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and the correspondence from Jose A.
