Motion by the appellant to extend the time to comply with a decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 9, 2018, on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated November 1, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted, and on or before April 19, 2019, the appellant shall serve and file a supplemental record containing the judgment dated November 1, 2017; and it is further,
ORDERED that no further extension of time to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 9, 2018, shall be granted.
