ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated April 5, 2019, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:
Motion by the appellant pro se to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of an appeal from an order and judgment (one paper) of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered December 17, 2018, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
