Appeal by Tiffany Hodge from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated February 13, 2019. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Angella S. Hull, dated April 3, 2019, it is
ORDERED that the respondent Mary Hodges-Nelson is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as her counsel to respond to the appeal:

(2) the respondent Mary Hodges-Nelson is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact the respondent Mary Hodges-Nelson, and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
