| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Audrey A. Thomas, PLLC, for leave to withdraw as counsel for the appellant on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered July 6, 2016, and to extend the time to perfect the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to withdraw as counsel is denied as unnecessary as new counsel has been substituted for Audrey A. Thomas, PLLC; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to extend the time to perfect the appeal is dismissed as Audrey A. Thomas, PLLC, is no longer counsel of record.
