Motion by the appellant to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated December 28, 2018, which dismissed appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, entered February 20, 2018, and an amended judgment of the same court entered March 13, 2018, for failure to make a renewed motion to waive the requirements regarding certification of the record on or before November 15, 2018, as directed by a decision and order on motion of this Court dated November 1, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
